Catering Services
All bookings are subject to a signed event contract with specific payment, cancellation, and service terms. The event contract governs your booking. Pricing is confirmed at contract signing. Selections may be adjusted up to two weeks before the event, with changes reflected in the final invoice.
SMS Terms and Conditions
O'Shucks sends SMS to staff members for one-time login verification codes only.
Message frequency: Verification codes sent only at login. No recurring or scheduled messages.
Message and data rates may apply.

Inquiry Forms
Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding agreement. A binding agreement is established only upon execution of an event contract and payment of the required deposit.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, O'Shucks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by New Jersey law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ocean County, NJ.
