If the bar is out of reach, we’ll bring the oysters to you. With bespoke, shuck-ready utility belts, these mobile oyster shuckers move through your event, engaging guests while expertly shucking, dressing, and disposing of oysters on the spot. A perfect complement to any cocktail hour.
Rovers are limited to serving oysters only, but we can provide shrimp/snowcrab platters in addition.

Sometimes, you just need the shellfish. Our freshly shucked and artfully arranged Shuckuterie Boards are served over ice with the shellfish selection of your choice, along with all our signature accompaniments, available for pick up or delivery.
Served in a 16” x 24” serving dish, our Shuckuterie Boards are carefully packed for freshness, using ice packs and crushed ice to maintain the perfect serving temperature. While the ice will gradually melt, the setup is designed to keep your seafood chilled for 4+ hours. For the best experience, we recommend scheduling pickup/delivery as close to your serving time as possible to ensure peak freshness and presentation.
