Customer Inquiry Forms: Name, email, phone, event details (date, location, headcount, type), and notes. Used solely to respond to inquiries and coordinate catering.

Staff Information: Name, phone, and email for staff who use our scheduling app. Phone numbers are used to send one-time verification codes for login.

Payment Information: Handled by Square. We do not store credit card or bank account details.

How We Use Your Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, coordinate events, process payments, send staff login verification codes, and communicate about upcoming events. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

SMS Communications

We send SMS to staff members solely for one-time login verification codes. These are not marketing messages. Frequency is limited to login attempts only. Standard message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out at any time.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services for database hosting, payment processing, email, and mapping. They access your information only as needed to perform services on our behalf.

Data Security

Data Retention
